Pricing
Built in weeks. Run for years.
Fixed-price projects that take your platform from baseline to production-grade, and a flat monthly service that operates it. Everything lands in your own AWS account as real IaC. No lock-in, no black box, no surprise invoice.

One account lead engineer. Not a ticket queue.
Flat and predictable: we don't meter deploys, seats, or how fast you ship. One SF-based senior engineer leads your account and all contact goes through them.

Bigger builds are scoped as fixed-price projects, or billed at $100/hour on a recurring plan ($200 standard), always agreed in advance. And if LaunchPaaS is broken, that is support: free, always.
In every engagement
Whichever project or plan you pick, these come standard.
Your own AWS account
Infrastructure lands in your account, not ours. You own the account, the data, and the bill.
Real IaC, not a black box
IaC you can read, audit, and fork. Nothing hidden behind an abstraction only we can operate.
LP Cloud Fabric
2nd Day Ops: every change checked against a live dependency graph of your real account before it ships.
Callable over MCP
Deploy, import, and reconcile from an agent, behind exactly the same guardrails a person gets.
Questions
- Does this work with an AWS account we already have?
- Yes. Every project is scoped against the account you actually have, and stacks you already run can be imported and adopted incrementally. There is no greenfield requirement and no proprietary runtime to move onto.
- Do the projects have to happen in order?
- They are best in order: each builds on the one before it. But each stands alone, and if your account already covers the earlier ground we start where the gap is.
- Do we need a project before Core?
- Core assumes a baseline we can stand behind, so it follows the Foundation project or an equivalent review of your existing setup. That review is part of getting started, not a separate sale.
- What happens if we leave?
- You keep everything. The infrastructure is already in your account and the IaC is yours to read, fork, and run. There is nothing to migrate off, which is rather the point.
- Is support billed?
- No. If LaunchPaaS is broken, that is support: free, always. The hourly rate is for infra project work beyond your plan, at $100/hour on a recurring plan ($200 standard), always agreed in advance.
- We plan to hire our own infrastructure engineer. Does that end this?
- Not on Core. It is built to run alongside your team: the bridge while you search, senior cover while they upskill, and the ops baseline nobody wants their new engineer spending their first months on. When you hire, we onboard them.
