A flat org, forward deployed
We keep the org flat and pair people with a handful of long-lived accounts they get to know well. It's the forward-deployed profile — close to the customer, with real ownership and the room to build genuine, lasting relationships.
The role we're hiring for
Founding GTM Engineer
The first go-to-market hire, forward deployed from day one. It's a depth-over-volume role: you'd own key account strategy and the partnerships that put us in the room with the right product teams — not chasing a huge top of funnel.
It's a technical, hands-on role — close enough to the product to deploy a Recipe and demo it yourself, and close enough to the customer to know exactly what they need next.
